This role is fully remote but requires candidates who are honest, skilled, self-motivated, and thrive in a collaborative environment. What You??l Do ??Process patient invoices and follow up on outstanding balances ??Work A/R claims and insurance denials (30, 60, 90+ days) ??Collaborate with team members on A/R ??Maintain documentation in IntakeQ and Trizetto ??Use Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to track claims, trends, and weekly payment reports ??Maintain a ??% denial rate and contribute to positive client billing experience ??Work exclusively for us during logged hours (tracked with Time Doctor) Who We??e Looking For ??Certified (CPB, CMRS, or CCA) ??At least 2 years billing experience in speech/OT ??Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, filters, report creation) ??2+ years using Trizetto ??Strong communicator and team player ??Tech-savvy, organized, and independently motivated Success in this position requires a positive and proactive attitude, receptiveness to feedback, and the ability to stay focused without close oversight.
