Magellan is actively recruiting for a full-time Call Center Representative opportunity for a Federal client in Palo Alto, California. Remote Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities ? Schedule: ? Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm ? Friday and Saturday: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am ? Answers incoming calls and communicates with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism. ? Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone. ? Maintains an above-average attendance record. ? Follows established standard operating procedures Qualifications: Qualifications/Requirements ? A high school diploma is required. ? At least one year of call center experience is required. ? Can be a team player. ? Can work without direct supervision. ? Can work well with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly. ? Has a good work ethic ? Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette). ? Detail-oriented, can multi-task, and is highly organized. ? Strong Microsoft Office skills. ?
