Description: I run a 24/7 virtual call center that manages guest communication for Airbnb hosts and similar platforms. We're currently a team of 10 agents supporting one main client who covers all operating costs. Now, we're ready to scale ??but want to do it smartly. I'm looking for a business strategy consultant to help us build a sustainable and scalable model. This is a short-term consulting role that may grow over time depending on fit and outcomes.
