This remote role is ideal for a high-performing, self-motivated professional with deep expertise in the power semiconductor sector, and a strong drive to build strategic partnerships and identify new opportunities. Key Responsibilities: ??Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence across key verticals: Automotive, Industrial, and Consumer. ??Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and distribution partners. ??Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal teams. ??Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and product management teams to align customer needs with product capabilities and roadmaps. ??Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making. ??Manage the entire business development cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding. ??Report regularly on pipeline activity, market insights, and performance metrics. Qualifications: ??Minimum 5??0 years of experience in business development or sales within the power semiconductors industry (IGBTs, MOSFETs, or related technologies). ??Strong knowledge of key applications in automotive powertrain/inverters, industrial drives, and consumer electronics. ??Proven track record of growing revenue and building strategic relationships in the North American market. ??Experience working with or for Asian companies (Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese, or Chinese) is highly valued, though not a strict requirement. ??Self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. ??Bachelor?? degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field (advanced degree a plus). ??Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as needed.
