Work From Home Special Education Case Manager ? California Soliant has partnered with a California school district to hire a Remote Special Education Case Manager for the remainder of the school year. This is a teletherapy/virtual contract position supporting students with IEPs by coordinating services, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with educators and families?all from a secure, work-from-home setup. Job Requirements: ? Active California Education Specialist Credential or PPS Credential in School Counseling or School Psychology (Special Education) ? Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience ? Strong understanding of IEP development, compliance, and service coordination ? Experience with virtual IEP meetings and special education documentation platforms (SEIS, SIRAS, etc.) preferred ? Must complete and pass a tech screening for virtual services Job Details: ? Full-Time Roles Available ? Contract through end of the school year ? Caseload may include elementary, middle, or high school students with varying exceptionalities ? Responsibilities include: ? Coordinating and leading IEP meetings ? Collaborating with service providers and families ? Ensuring timelines and documentation are met in compliance with California Ed Code ? 100% remote/virtual role Compensation & Benefits: ? $35-40/ hour based on experience ?
