We are seeking compassionate and motivated Autism Behavior Technicians to join our team at Key Autism Services in Denver, CO. As an Autism Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum, implementing treatment plans established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support plans
- Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to implement ABA principles and teaching procedures
- Maintain professionalism, respond to client needs, and work flexibly to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening shifts

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, or equivalent experience in special education, healthcare, or a related field
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Physical ability to lift up to 35lbs, perform fine and gross motor skills, and respond quickly to client needs
