They are seeking an Assistant Digital Producer to update and optimize their content archive on pewresearch.org, focusing on reviewing legacy content, tagging articles, and conducting archival research.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and updating legacy content for accuracy and usability
- Updating legacy chart images with data tables
- Tagging legacy articles and features with metadata
- General QA, troubleshooting, and testing
- Archival research
- Documenting processes and tracking work completed
Skills
- Familiarity with WordPress publishing platform
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
- Time management and the ability to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years professional experience or equivalent in a digital publishing environment
- Experience with Gutenberg editor is a plus
- Experience with Asana is a plus
