Martin Retail Group is a local retail marketing specialist providing strategic solutions for global brands. They are seeking an entry-level Assistant Client Business Manager to support the Finance team in high-volume billing tasks and assist with various billing-related responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Enter data into the online billing system
- Assist with processing billing
- Assist with solving billing/invoicing issues
- Research client invoice and payment status
- Produce Excel reports
- Review monthly reports to ensure billing is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide assistance to fellow coworkers, when needed
Skills
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field desired
- One to two years' experience in billing, invoice processing, or a similar role
- Superior math and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Working knowledge of MS Office products, primarily Excel
- Knowledge of database management
- Exposure to large financial management systems, such as PeopleSoft or similar platform
