I have been developing a mobile application over the past two years with the help of multiple freelancers. While the app itself is not highly complex, progress was delayed due to changes in technology direction and team transitions.
Currently, the application is functional on Android and has a working web-based admin console. However, before proceeding to iOS deployment and commercial rollout, I believe the product requires a final architectural and strategic review.
I am looking for a highly experienced, architect-level consultant who can:
Review the existing system architecture, codebase, and technology stack
Understand my product vision and rollout strategy
Identify gaps, risks, and scalability concerns
Provide clear, actionable recommendations to prepare the app for:
iOS deployment
Production stability
Commercial launch
Please note that I already have a development team in place. This role is strictly for consultation, guidance, and technical direction — not hands-on development.
