Position: AI Engineer (100% remote in Portugal)

What youll be doing (in epic fashion):
- Develop AI solutions that actually work not just in theory, but in the real world.
- Work with deep learning, NLP, TensorFlow, computer vision, chatbots, and agentic platforms.
- Take part in multidisciplinary projects, from functional design to prototyping and testing.
- Document solutions, share learnings, and contribute to our AI strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify innovation opportunities using AI.
What you bring to the table:
Mandatory:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in AI solutions.
- Strong command of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, TensorFlow, NLP, and related areas.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, object-oriented design, and functional principles.
- Experience in developing REST APIs, and designing NoSQL and relational databases.
- English fluency is mandatory.
Valued:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with innovation accelerators.
- Familiarity with cloud environments.
