Position: Remote Medical Call Center Representative Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. M-Fri. (Must be able to work any 8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided. Start Date: Mid-June 2025 Responsibilities include but not limited: ??Answer inbound calls and making outbound calls assisting patients with medically related inquires. ??Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient ??Provide good customer service and empathy. ??Using computer skills for data entry. ??Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. ??Provide accurate information about the prescription benefits. ??Document patient interactions and update records promptly and accurately ??Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. Job Requirements Qualifications: Must have 1 or more years of recent call center experience.
