Administrative Assistant (Must be fluent in both Korean and English)

INC Corporate & Insurance Services is a business filing service provider and commercial insurance brokerage firm assisting accountants, attorneys, churches, and non-profit organizations as well as small business owners. We are looking to hire a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented administrative assistant to provide secretarial and clerical support. Year-end bonus Responsibilities: ? Answer inbound telephone calls ? Provide customer service over telephone and email ? Corporate document drafting and filing ? Document scanning and indexing ? A/R billing and collections (QuickBooks proficiency a plus but not required - we will provide training) Qualifications: ? Positive mindset and willingness to learn ? Good verbal communication skills (Korean fluency is a plus) ? Excellent written communication skills (English) ? Strong attention to detail ? Strong organization and interpersonal skills ?
