You’ll be responsible for generating, testing, and organizing practical, situational, and behavioral questions across job functions ranging from customer service to operations and tech roles. This position is ideal for someone with a strong command of communication, deep curiosity about different roles and industries, and a keen sense of how to evaluate candidates through creative questioning.
