Team Red Dog is looking for a UX Researcher to join our Global Technology client's dynamic digital product team focused on shaping the M365 Outlook Calendar experience-particularly for innovative Copilot and AI features. This is a fully remote opportunity to influence product decisions and improve usability for millions of users worldwide through impactful, user-centered research. Top Required Skills (Must Haves): UX Research Experience (2+ years): Hands-on experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research for digital products, including usability testing and customer feedback synthesis. Project Management and Research Planning: Ability to design, plan, and execute research initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate across cross-functional teams. Qualitative Interviewing: Proven experience conducting in-depth interviews, analyzing user behavior, and translating findings into actionable insights. Digital Product Development: Background in creating or supporting digital products-through design, research, or data roles. You'll collaborate closely with an experienced and supportive UX research team that values curiosity, impact, and user empathy. How you will make an impact: • Plan and execute both moderated and unmoderated usability studies. • Analyze and synthesize user data into clear, actionable insights and reports. • Create video summaries and research documentation to share findings. • Audit existing research to identify knowledge gaps and guide new studies. • Partner with designers, data scientists, and PMs to influence key product decisions. • Track research outcomes and their impact on product improvements. The expertise you bring: • 2+ years of UX research experience or 1 year in UX research with 2+ years in related product-making roles (design, data science, or project management). • Proficiency in qualitative research methods, including usability testing and interview analysis. • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills. • Ability to write and analyze surveys with basic quantitative data understanding. • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, Statistics, or a related research field. • Familiarity with tools such as UserTesting.com and basic video editing software. • (Bonus) Experience with LLM-based AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini, and AI-assisted research tools (e.g., Marvin).
