Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA/Autism Technician to join our team in Englewood, CO. As an ABA/Autism Technician, you will work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions Requirements: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting 1-year ABA experience (or equivalent experience in a related field) Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have your own transportation and auto insurance to travel between clients Preferred Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience using a Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plan with youth and families University Partnerships, Supervision, Practicum, and Mentoring experience for aspiring BCBAs Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35lbs Required to perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time Ability to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings What We Offer: Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Hourly pay rate starts at $20/hour and onwards based on experience Paid training and certification assistance Opportunity to earn up to $4000.00 in incentive bonuses per year Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth and advancement Growth Opportunities: University Partnerships, Supervision, Practicum, and Mentoring for aspiring BCBAs Tuition discount with our partners Opportunities for professional development and growth in the field of ABA Work Environment and Company Culture: At Key Autism Services, we pride ourselves on a supportive and collaborative work environment.
