Essential Qualifications Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification as a community health worker is preferred. Experience: Certification as a community health worker or 1-3 years of relevant experience in community health, social services, or related fields, with a focus on community outreach and engagement. Bilingual: English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. Must reside in the state of CA, with a reliable, fast-speed internet connection, a quiet and professional remote work environment, and basic computer literacy.
