This particular group has an excellent track record recording both attorney and client retention, with a very impressive client roster. Here, your responsibilities and client interaction will not be constrained. This opportunity offers the flexibility of a totally remote scenario, while working within a system and culture that breeds a strong, interconnected team environment. This role will be focused on leveraging and further developing your trademark expertise, relating to all facets of trademark and copyright law (e.g., strategic counseling for domestic and international portfolios, prosecution, inter partes proceedings, pre-litigation disputes, domain names, IP licensing agreements).
