TeleAudiologist (1099 Contractor – Per Exam Compensation)

Real Hearing USA is expanding our telehealth-enabled care model and is seeking experienced TeleAudiologists to conduct remote hearing evaluations on a per-exam basis. This role is ideal for clinicians who are comfortable delivering high-quality care virtually, value flexibility, and prefer a productivity-based compensation model. You will conduct diagnostic hearing exams using validated remote tools, interpret results, and document findings to support patient care and downstream treatment pathways. Key Responsibilities • Conduct remote hearing evaluations via teleaudiology platforms • Perform and interpret In-Situ hearing tests and other approved remote diagnostic tools • Ensure testing meets clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards • Complete accurate clinical notes and exam documentation • Collaborate with onsite clinic teams to support continuity of care • Maintain compliance with all state licensure and telehealth requirements Required Qualifications • Active Audiology (AuD) license in at least one U.S. state • Strong preference for licensure in GA, SC, TN, IA, and/or FL • Demonstrated experience with: • In-Situ hearing testing • Remote or teleaudiology exam tools • Virtual patient interactions and counseling • Comfort working independently in a 1099 contractor model • Reliable internet connection and appropriate telehealth workspace Preferred Experience • Prior teleaudiology or remote diagnostic experience • Familiarity with hearing aid clinical workflows and handoffs • Experience supporting multi-location clinic organizations • Efficient, exam-focused clinical style that balances quality and throughput Compensation Model • Paid per completed hearing exam • Flexible scheduling based on exam availability • Opportunity for consistent exam volume as teleaudiology demand scales Why Real Hearing USA • Established, growing multi-state hearing healthcare organization • Clear, exam-focused scope with minimal administrative burden • Scalable opportunity as telehealth services expands • Strong clinical standards with operational support How to Apply Please submit: • Resume or CV • List of active state licenses • Brief summary of experience with remote hearing exams and In-Situ testing Job Type: Contract License/Certification: • Audiologist License (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
