What You’ll Do • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business modeling. • Prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders, including client presentations, business plans, and financial models. • Execute strategic initiatives across the business, from international expansion and commercial strategy to business development. • Facilitate and coordinate complex, cross-functional projects, encompassing initial scoping, solution development, and stakeholder alignment through to execution, tracking, and reporting. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to turn strategy into results. • Support decision-making, partnerships, and regulatory alignment in the UAE and across global markets. We’d Love to See • 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related fields. • Proven track record managing cross-border, multi-stakeholder projects, ideally in crypto or payments. • Deep familiarity with the business culture, regulatory environment, and market dynamics in the UAE and MENA region. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge cultures and disciplines. • Passion for crypto, fintech, or emerging technologies. • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments across multiple time zones; thrives in a startup or scale-up setting.
