Spanish Transcriptionist

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Transcriptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately transcribing audio recordings into written documents. This role requires strong editing, proofreading, and writing skills, along with a solid understanding of clear and consistent communication. The Transcriptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring that all transcripts are clear, precise, and adhere to our quality standards in both English and Spanish. Duties • Transcribe audio files into written documents with high accuracy and attention to detail. • Edit and proofread transcripts to ensure clarity, grammar, and adherence to the provided style guides. • Utilize typing skills to produce high-quality transcripts efficiently. • Collaborate with team members to clarify any unclear audio segments or context. • Perform translation tasks when necessary, ensuring that the meaning is preserved in the written format. • Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information contained in the audio files. Experience • Proven experience in transcription, editing, and proofreading is preferred. • Strong command of the English language with excellent writing skills. • Strong command of the Spanish language with excellent writing skills. • Proficiency in typing with a focus on speed and accuracy. • Experience in translation is a plus but not required.
