Partner With the Best You will be responsible for leading a team of SREs focusing on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems. This role bridges software development and operations, driving excellence in automation, observability, and incident response. In this role you will be: • Leading and mentoring the SRE team, setting technical direction, and performance goals. • Ensuring system reliability, uptime, and performance targets are met through proactive monitoring and automation. • Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to design scalable, fault-tolerant systems. • Overseeing incident management, postmortems, and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. • Driving continuous improvement in deployment pipelines, observability, and capacity planning. • Establishing and maintaining SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs in partnership with product and engineering teams. • Implementing best practices for infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and configuration management. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: • 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields. • 2+ years in a leadership or technical lead role. • Have a background in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Have proficiency with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent). • Be experienced with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Coralogix, etc.). • Have a solid understanding of networking, Linux systems, and distributed architectures. • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
