Provide technical oversight and mentor others to resolve complex and critical technical issues. Lead disaster recovery activities and contribute to disaster recovery planning. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A long-term degree or comparable experience. 4+ years of programming development experience. Working knowledge of package-specific design and configuration, along with the ability to build custom solutions. Plans new testing strategies and resolves routine and non-routine technical issues with minimal support. Demonstrates strong proficiency in core development stages within own space.
