A large, nationally recognized healthcare technology organization is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer to join their growing team. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work with enterprise-scale applications supporting key claims management and payment integrity initiatives. You’ll play a hands-on role in designing, developing, and maintaining database-driven and full stack software components deployed in the product suite — all from the comfort of your home. Required Skills & Experience Strong Full Stack Software Engineering experience with: UI frameworks such as Angular and React Backend development using Java and Spring Boot to build enterprise-level applications on OpenShift Knowledge of Vert.x, Apache Jena/RDF, AWS, and Oracle OCI is a plus Proficiency working with large datasets Strong experience with relational databases, ETL processes, and optimization/tuning of SQL/Oracle queries, stored procedures, and triggers Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design Experience with MS Access and scripting languages (VBScript, PowerShell) What You Will Be Doing Support and enhance high-quality software modules within enterprise product applications. Analyze and resolve software-related issues originating from internal or external customers. Document specifications, design, features, and operations of applications prior to production rollout. Execute solution enhancements to improve performance and availability. Communicate technical and operational issues to both engineering and business leadership in a timely manner.
