Job Summary As a Senior Product Compliance Associate, you will be responsible for protecting Amazon customers from products that are illegal, hazardous, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited/regulated by law and Amazon policies. Your primary duties will include evaluating and recommending investigative and corrective procedures, investigating products based on standard operating procedures (SOPs), and providing ideas for process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Reporting and Investigating Violations : Evaluate and recommend the initiation of investigative and corrective procedures for violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Product Investigations : Investigate products based on SOPs with strong attention to detail, identifying potential risks and compliance issues. Process Improvements : Provide ideas for process improvements to enhance process efficiency, quality, and customer experience. Stakeholder Communication : Respond to stakeholders with guidance and flag any updates to leads/managers. Data Analysis : Analyze and identify patterns in large data sets to inform compliance decisions. Decision Making : Make decisions based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts. Research and Internet Navigation : Utilize internet navigation and research skills to find specific information about products in a timely manner. About the Compliance Health Team The Compliance Health team acts as "the pulse of WW Regulatory Intelligence, Safety and Compliance (RISC)" by developing processes to reduce risk on our catalog, driving risk metrics, standardization, and simplification of processes across all teams in RISC. Our team members are single-threaded leaders with accountability to identify gaps and reduce risk on our catalog. We prioritize risk reduction and work with global program leads to set up and standardize processes for risk reduction. Requirements and Qualifications Basic Qualifications Data-Driven Business Operations Experience : 1+ year of experience in data-driven business operations processes. Education : Bachelor's degree. Language Skills : Speak, write, and read fluently in English. Microsoft Office Products : Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. Excel Skills : Experience with Excel. Preferred Qualifications Consumer Product Compliance Processes and Regulations : Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations. Regulatory Compliance Management : Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
