Job Summary The Senior DevOps Engineer plays a key role in designing, automating, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support scalable, secure, and resilient systems. This position requires deep expertise in AWS, infrastructure as code, and system reliability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer and technical leader with a passion for automation, operational excellence, and cloud-native architectures. Working closely with engineering, security, and operations teams, this person will drive best practices, streamline deployment workflows, and continuously improve platform performance and reliability. Responsibilities Design and implement scalable and secure AWS-based cloud infrastructure Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery Automate infrastructure provisioning using infrastructure-as-code tools Ensure system reliability, high availability, and performance across environments Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce deployment, monitoring, and security best practices Mentor engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices and tooling Support compliance efforts and security requirements in cloud-based systems Qualifications and Job Requirements 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines Strong hands-on experience with AWS Expertise in infrastructure automation and configuration management (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) Proficiency with CI/CD tools and release automation (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodePipeline) Experience designing and operating secure and highly available systems in cloud environments Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus) Knowledge of security and compliance practices in the cloud Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems Strong communication and collaboration skills What We Offer 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
