Position Summary The Senior Customer Service Representative responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls across all product lines, with a particular emphasis on FairCost. Duties include investigating and resolving inquiries and issues for members, clients, and providers. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of proven experience in roles that demand high levels of multitasking and consecutive listening skills. 3-5 years of customer service experience 3-5 years of a healthcare background experience 3-5 Production driven environment Must be tech-savvy: Demonstrated ability to effectively use and adapt to various technologies and software Preferred Qualifications Experience with products, FH, Cofinity and ASA is a plus. Basic knowledge of Excel Education High School diploma or GED required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 – $42.35 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Our people fuel our future.
