Segment Marketing Manager
How You’ll Support Our Mission As a Marketing Campaign Manager – Fire and EMS, you’ll help expand ESO’s positive impact on thousands of community health and safety organizations through integrated, customer centric, data-driven marketing. You will lead initiatives that improves awareness/consideration and drives qualified leads for the sales team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation you will be part of our Marketing team based in our Austin, Texas office. What You’ll Be Doing - the day-to-day • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, customer experience, and the marketing team to develop effective messages and campaigns for the Fire and EMS markets • Develop and execute an integrated campaign strategy for Fire and EMS using a strategic channel mix of emails, ads, webinars, events, and more. • Partner with the brand and content team on development of emails, ads, and more to support campaign strategies. • Assist in launching an account-based marketing initiative and lead the subsequent execution • Contribute to marketing and demand gen strategies and tactics to support face to face events • Advise on customer communication during acquisitions, product launches, product maintenance, etc. • Identify gaps, manage hygiene, minimize decay, drive subscription, and develop growth strategies for database • Take a data-driven test-and-learn approach to quickly iterate and optimize to drive the most traffic and leads; identify opportunities to scale the successes Who You Are - the essentials • You love to collaborate and are a champion of cross-team communication • Stellar written communication and project management skills • Thorough understanding and practical application of buyer’s journey • Strong work ethic and positive, go-getter attitude • Experience with marketing automation platform and campaigns • Ability to quickly take what you’ve learned and apply it in new situations • Understands the power of strategic marketing channels based on audience need and profiles • Passionate about what you do, comfort in a fast-paced work environment, and a desire to understand how your work impacts ESO’s success Who You Are - the desirables • Experience in public sector or community health and safety organizations • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, GoToWebinar and/or SmartSheet • Use agile practices in marketing Benefits & Perks ESO offers a comprehensive suite of benefits to promote health and financial security for our employees and their families.
