Role Overview Position: Sales & Marketing Professional – Independent Contractor, Remote Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hours/week, Duration: 6 weeks Contribute to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems for Sales & Marketing workflows. Train, test, and calibrate AI agents on complex tasks like sales strategy and lead prospecting. Responsibilities Evaluate sales & marketing outputs produced by AI systems for quality and accuracy. Calibrate AI decision-making processes in tasks such as campaign generation and performance analysis. Create sales & marketing assets like onboarding playbooks, interview guides, and campaign ideas. Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to improve systems. Requirements / Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Sales, Marketing, or Advertising related role, OR a Graduate education. Experience building sales or marketing strategies and running campaigns. Experience creating sales and marketing assets such as campaigns, customer journeys, and playbooks. Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience at an elite consulting firm or technology company. Education from a top school or a senior role in Sales, Marketing, or Advertising.
