TeamSoft is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support and coordinate the HR technology portfolio within their IT organization. This role functions as a bridge between the IT Technical Team and the HR PMO, ensuring alignment, communication, and smooth execution of technical deliverables across HR initiatives. Responsibilities • Support and coordinate the HR technology portfolio within the IT organization • Ensure alignment, communication, and smooth execution of technical deliverables across HR initiatives • Partner closely with a business-side Project Manager to ensure effective delivery of technical components of HR projects • Provide clear visibility to leadership regarding project status and deliverables Skills • 7+ years of project management or project coordination experience, ideally within IT and HR technology environments • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across diverse technical and business teams • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM) and general IT infrastructure concepts • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) and Microsoft collaboration platforms • Comfort presenting to senior leadership and navigating complex, multi-team environments • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at problem-solving • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, matrixed environment and serve as a connector between teams • Bachelor's degree in a related field • PMP or equivalent certification Company Overview • TeamSoft is an information technology company that provides IT staffing and consultancy services.
