[Remote] Director of Product and Growth, epay Conductor Platform

They are seeking a strategic leader to drive growth within their closed loop issuing business, focusing on product management, innovation, and cross-functional leadership. Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategies to accelerate growth within the closed loop issuing ecosystem—including prepaid, gift, loyalty, and stored-value solutions • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including net-new programs, co-branded partnerships, and migrations of existing issuing programs • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, payment partners, processors, and industry networks • Represent epay at industry conferences and events to elevate brand visibility and drive strategic partnerships • Serve as product owner for the epay Conductor platform, defining the roadmap for closed loop issuing capabilities and features • Gather customer and sales feedback, translating it into detailed business and functional requirements • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Compliance to ensure alignment between business goals and product functionality • Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful rollouts of new features and enhancements • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams during RFPs, client reviews, and product demonstrations • Partner with Marketing to create go-to-market materials, positioning Conductor as a premier closed loop issuing platform • Support regional and global teams in understanding and adopting Conductor’s capabilities • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • 8+ years business development, product management, or account leadership within closed loop issuing ecosystem • Deep knowledge of electronic payments, card program management, and prepaid gift/loyalty card systems • Proven track record in strategy execution and revenue growth • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Analytical, problem-solving skills, and independent worker with team collaboration skills • Willingness to travel as required Benefits • 401(k) Plan • Health/Dental/Vision Insurance • Employee Stock Purchase Plan • Company-paid Life Insurance • Company-paid disability insurance • Tuition Reimbursement • Paid Time Off • Paid Volunteer Days • Paid Holidays • Casual Office Attire • Plus many more employee perks & incentives!
