They are seeking a Business Development Representative to partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities within an assigned territory. Responsibilities Bring a world-class solution to market and function as the initial face of AuditBoard Generate new business opportunities to fuel AuditBoard’s growth Leverage sales technology including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum and UserGems to build and manage pipeline Make ~40-50+ outbound phone calls and 60+ outbound emails each day Manage your named accounts, own your territory, and help maintain data integrity in Salesforce.com Support marketing efforts by assisting in demand generation campaigns Achieve, or exceed, weekly and monthly metrics including sales activities, meetings set, qualified leads, and new contacts prospected Skills Strong work ethic Self-discipline Time management skills Interest in a sales career Ability to generate new business opportunities Experience with sales technology including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum and UserGems Ability to make ~40-50+ outbound phone calls and 60+ outbound emails each day Ability to manage named accounts and own territory Ability to maintain data integrity in Salesforce.com Ability to achieve or exceed weekly and monthly metrics including sales activities, meetings set, qualified leads, and new contacts prospected Ability to work in a collaboratively competitive and fun environment Ability to think strategically and partner with sales team members Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy, ever-changing environment Go-getter attitude Coachability Confidence using platforms like Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and Outreach Commitment to lifelong learning and continuous development Friendly, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and empathetic communication Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities Audit or Accounting background Benefits $200/mo for anything that enhances your life Comprehensive employee health coverage (all locations) 401K with match (US) or pension with match (UK) Competitive compensation & bonus program Flexible Vacation (US exempt & CA) or 25 days (UK) Time off for your birthday & volunteering Employee resource groups Opportunities for team and company-wide get-togethers!
