Aytm is seeking a highly motivated Associate Account Manager to support their high-tech quantitative SaaS research environment and deliver an exceptional client experience. The role involves managing day-to-day account needs, supporting the sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities Partner closely with your assigned Senior Account Manager to manage day-to-day account needs and workflow Support all stages of the sales pipeline, including client calls, internal coordination, proposal development, delivery, and post-sale follow-up Provide consultative, technical guidance grounded in a deep understanding of the AYTM platform and prior client work Coordinate smooth project handoffs to Research Services and/or Client Support teams Manage DIY client inquiries and provide timely support before, during, and after survey fielding Participate in strategic discussions focused on account retention, optimization, expansion & growth Assist Senior Account Managers in achieving sales targets and driving long-term account success Prioritize and manage daily tasks using Asana to ensure timely and accurate execution Develop expert-level proficiency with the AYTM platform and internal tools Skills 1–3 years of experience in quantitative research sales or account management; experience with Fortune 500 or CPG clients strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Demonstrated success supporting large, complex accounts with strong attention to detail and organization Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment with proven adaptability Strong MS Office skills: advanced Excel proficiency is a plus Ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work cross-functionally Confident yet humble, with a strong commitment to positive team culture and collaboration Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Outlook required) Experience with Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and CRM tools Experience with Fortune 500 or CPG clients strongly preferred Salesforce experience strongly preferred Comfortable working in a fully remote environment; prior remote experience is a plus Ability to travel for occasional in-person meetings Multi-lingual a plus Benefits A work environment built around empathy, creativity, curiosity, organic growth and an abundance mindset.
