[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist II, Facilities

The Accounts Payable Specialist II is responsible for processing and verifying invoices for hospitals and providing excellent customer service to vendors and employees regarding accounts payable inquiries. Responsibilities • Start to finish accounts payable processing to include vendor invoices, check requests and expense reports with complex coding, impacting multiple companies in the US, Canada and Mexico • Assisting in Treasury Management functions by entering daily wires and EFT’s in a timely manner for retirement-related payments, medical and dental claims, hospital drawdowns, payroll taxes, etc • Maintaining payables and related computer spreadsheets and paper files, as needed • This is not an all-inclusive list of this job’s responsibilities.
