We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Recruiter Generalist to join our team in a virtual position. This role begins as a 3-month contract with the possibility of quarterly extensions, potentially lasting up to 18 months. As a Recruiter, you will support our recruiting and talent sourcing efforts. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle within a large organization, with a focus on swift execution, quality, and candidate experience to meet business hiring goals. Compensation will vary depending on market location Responsibilities • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for all full-time roles in various business lines, including Azure data, security, MAI, commercial/sales, and marketing. • Source, screen, and interview candidates, extend offers or rejections, and oversee onboarding. • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs. • Engage with candidates by informing them of employment opportunities and keeping them prepared for upcoming roles. Essential Skills • 2-4 years of talent acquisition experience in sourcing or recruiting • Previous experience working with this tech company is required. • Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles with the ability to develop hiring strategies under tight deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices. • Proficiency in Boolean search strings and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. • Adaptability to process changes. • LinkedIn Certification. • Experience in talent acquisition for a large technology company. Work Environment This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility and a dynamic work setting. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
