Position: Psychiatrist (Geriatric Telehealth) Positions: 1099 for part-time (15+ hours per week), W2 for 25+ hours per week; fee-for-service. Responsibilities • Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to older adults via telehealth • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, prescribe and manage medications, and collaborate with therapists when needed • Use geriatric-specific assessment tools to inform treatment planning • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans • Complete documentation in a timely manner (with support from our AI documentation tools) • Support patients through major life changes, such as bereavement, retirement, or cognitive decline • Contribute to Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) efforts by participating in team-based care when appropriate Qualifications • MD or DO with completed psychiatry residency • Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine (required) • Licensure in multiple states strongly preferred • Active DEA registration for Schedule II–V prescribing (required) • Ability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (at least 15 hours per week) • Experience working with older adults strongly preferred • Proficient using electronic health records (EHR) and using delivering therapy via telehealth Benefits • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Referral program • Vision insurance Our values • Lead with compassion • We’re all leaders • Passion for older adults • We work and win together Apply tot his job
