The Opportunity As a Project Manager in Automation Strategy & Delivery, you are the anchor of every client engagement, guiding clients through ambiguity & helping them reimagine how work gets done through intelligent automation. You lead from the front, owning timelines, execution, and stakeholder alignment across intelligent automation projects. You are the operational heartbeat of every project, ensuring that planning, delivery, & communication run smoothly from kickoff through completion. You work closely with cross-functional teams (automation consultants, developers, sales leads, and client stakeholders, etc), to deliver impactful solutions in fast-paced environments. Whether running agile ceremonies or resolving delivery risks, you bring clarity, coordination, and momentum to every phase of the project. What You’ll Do? In this role, you're not just delivering projects, you’re orchestrating outcomes. You’ll lead complex, multi-stream automation engagements with structure, urgency, and clarity. You’ll partner closely with clients, internal teams, & leadership to ensure that every project advances with purpose and precision. You’ll bring delivery to life by: Serving as the trusted delivery advisor across high-visibility client engagements, owning the path from scope to wrap-up Leading end-to-end delivery with rigor, defining scope, structuring timelines, managing dependencies, and driving execution forward Owning project setup and structure within our PM systems, ensuring visibility, access, and milestones are aligned from day one Running internal and client kickoffs with a focus on clarity, roles, and shared success criteria Maintaining project rhythm, driving effective meeting cadences, tracking task progress, and surfacing risks before they become blockers Acting as the central communication bridge between delivery teams and client stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned, informed, and engaged Closing out projects with intention by documenting lessons learned, leading retrospectives, and embedding improvements into future delivery Mentoring team members, shaping reusable delivery assets, and contributing to the evolution of our consulting practice What You Bring? You’re a structured thinker, confident facilitator, and calm force in fast-moving environments. You’ve delivered complex automation or digital transformation projects, and you know how to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage the details without losing sight of the big picture. Executive presence and facilitation strength: You lead meetings with purpose, structure discussions, and drive clear decisions Outstanding communication skills: You distill complexity into clarity, whether you're aligning with clients, guiding delivery teams, or presenting to leadership Strong project management expertise, including agile delivery, risk mitigation, milestone tracking, and team coordination A proactive, ownership-driven mindset to anticipate what’s needed, address issues head-on, and bring energy to execution Experience working in consulting or high-stakes delivery environments, where stakeholder alignment, accountability, and speed all matter A passion for the growth of people, processes, and your development In this role, you’re not just keeping projects on track; you’re setting the pace, clearing the path, and helping clients realize the potential of intelligent automation.
