What you bring: • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer) within the B2B technology or IT services sector.) • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Managed Services Provider (MSP) model, recurring revenue structures, or specific domains such as Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, or Data/AI is highly preferred. • Technical Translation: Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders. • Tool Proficiency: Experience managing backlogs and roadmaps using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar agile project management software. • Remote Work Ethic: Proven ability to thrive in a fully distributed, remote work environment with a high degree of accountability and self-motivation.
