Product Compensation Analyst
Horace Mann is seeking a Product Compensation Analyst to support agent compensation across multiple lines of business. The role involves addressing agent inquiries, resolving commission discrepancies, and contributing to the development of new compensation processes. Responsibilities Support compensation operations across multiple lines of business Answer agent inquiries regarding commissions and production Resolve commission discrepancies in administrative systems Conduct root cause analysis of compensation processed outside of published guidelines Perform in-depth research with product divisions and HMGA to resolve issues Review and resolve compensation error reports Maintain and support manual processes for compensation Monitor the Agent Compensation mailbox and respond to inquiries Assist in the development, training, testing, and monitoring of new compensation processes and programs Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly Experience with Microsoft Excel and other business systems Ability to collaborate across departments and build trust with stakeholders Benefits Special rates and benefits for educators Company Overview Horace Mann provides auto insurance, life insurance, and financial services.
