This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary between $27-$40 per hour. What You'll Do: • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and cultivate opportunities within a defined territory, engaging with diverse account teams and partners to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Strategic Partnerships: Develop deep relationships with clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and technical needs. • Account Planning & Execution: Create and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue and achieve win/win outcomes. • Solution Selling: Craft compelling value propositions that address specific client needs and demonstrate the power of Amazon Connect. • Business Development: Lead business development initiatives within your territory, collaborating with Go-To-Market and Partner Development teams to expand market reach. • Executive Communication: Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior leadership teams at AWS. What We're Looking For: • 4+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or business development. • Bachelor's degree required. • Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders. • Experience with dynamic processes within enterprise clients. Bonus Points: • 4+ years of experience in cloud sales, specifically within Customer Experience or Contact Center solutions. • MBA degree. • Experience driving modernization projects with technical and business partners, resulting in improved business outcomes. • Experience with various new customer acquisition strategies. • Strong understanding of the challenges faced by contact center agents, managers, and executives.
