JOB PURPOSE Supports the Facilities Manager with the organizational coordination of company policies and procedures relating to facilities and maintenance. Ensures all activities are carried out in compliance with the image standards of Prada Group, and with the complete functionality of all locations across the region’s network, including points of sale and office sites. Monitors all works and ensures quality standards are delivered in accordance with the requirements of the Group’s directives, and with a view to economic results. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for monitoring the facilities and maintenance tracking tools, to ensure projects and tasks are delivered in a timely manner and prioritized in an appropriate way; Coordinates with internal and external suppliers within the points of sale and office sites of reference; Creates and updates the maintenance cycle reports of the points of sale and office sites of reference; Supports the Facilities Manager with the execution of strategies, procedures and methods for maintenance activities; Periodically analyzes, through site visits and reviewing facilities reports, the quality of the state of conservation and functionality of the points of sale and office sites of reference; Supports the Facilities Manager with general administration and assists with the coordination of all facilities activities; Tracks the budget and project status reports for all maintenance activities across the region’s store network and office sites. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS A degree or formal education in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management is considered a strong asset Competence in creating and updating maintenance cycle reports Ability to analyze site conditions and document findings Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders Awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations Ability to ensure facilities meet corporate image and operational standards Understanding of maintenance tracking tools and reporting systems Clear and effective communication Strong organisational skills Being a proactive problem solver is key to maintaining operational continuity Joining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
