Pinterest Optimization & Traffic Specialist (Execution-Focused) I’m looking for a Pinterest optimizer to take my existing creative assets and turn them into a high volume of Pinterest pins that consistently drive traffic. This is an execution role, not a strategy or consulting position. About the Role You will be working with pre-existing assets (product thumbnails, images, copy angles) and your job is to repurpose, optimize, and publish a large volume of Pinterest pins using clear guidelines. I already have: Product thumbnails Clear product categories A defined audience (middle school teachers / ELA resources) Proven products that are already selling Your role is to maximize visibility and traffic through Pinterest by creating and scheduling pins at scale. Responsibilities Repurpose existing product thumbnails into vertical Pinterest-optimized pins Create multiple pin variations per product (different text overlays / angles) Write SEO-friendly pin titles and descriptions Schedule pins consistently using Pinterest’s scheduler or Tailwind Follow a clear SOP and maintain posting cadence Keep everything organized and documented This role is about volume, consistency, and execution. What You Will NOT Be Doing No funnel building No email marketing No paid ads No brand redesign No strategy consulting If you enjoy hands-on execution and production, this role is for you. Ideal Candidate Has hands-on Pinterest experience (especially traffic-focused, not influencer-focused) Comfortable creating many pins per day Understands Pinterest SEO basics Can follow instructions precisely Reliable, consistent, and deadline-oriented Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Experience with educational or digital products is a plus, but not required.
