About the Role: Our business keeps growing, so we’re looking for a skilled Supply Partnerships Manager to join our Team that ensure seamless execution and timely completion of all partnership projects. Your Daily Tasks Will Entail: Manage the assigned portfolio of strategic Printify Production Partners with the goal to drive more revenue for Partners and Printify Be involved and support strategic initiatives involving your portfolio with the goal to drive more revenue Collaborate effectively and cross-functionally with other stakeholders and departments Gain a deep understanding of each Partner’s business model, offerings, print methods and equipment and pricing structure Run a systematic process to maintain Partner relationships and maximize their revenue from Printify partnership Run Partner programs, campaigns, and promotions with your portfolio of your Printify PartnersTrain and support Partners on all new product initiatives, so they can effectively use them to optimize revenue and experience Proactively identify problems and/or inefficiencies through research and data and propose solutions Run the cadence of regular Performance Reviews, calls, and meetings with your Partners Requirements: Proven experience in Key account management/supplier relationships/business development; Marketplace experience (E-commerce, high-growth, start-up environment) would be considered an advantage; A data-driven mindset and analytical skills; Strong verbal and written English communication skills; Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic start-up environment; Strong client-service orientation; Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and motivation; A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team as well as individually; Experience managing large accounts or supply partners would be an advantage.
