Key Responsibilities Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses that meet their needs Provide detailed information about our products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients drive revenue and grow their business Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our strategies Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary) Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus (if you're an avid gamer, you'll likely thrive in our fast-paced environment!)
