Part-time Ecommerce Analyst Associate

WORK LOCATION: Remote within the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IN, LA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NY, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, & WA STATUS: Part time, 5 hours per day, Mon - Fri START DATE: ASAP COMPENSATION: $17.20 per hour Responsibilities 25-35% - Online Shopping/Data collection • Shop at a wide variety of online retailers and collect a range of detailed data (shopping evaluations from purchase to return stages, customer service evaluations) • Responsible for completing data collection in a timely manner with error free execution • Perform daily reconciliation of financial transactions 15-20% - Complex review tasks/Data collection • Conduct complex review tasks with extensive internet research and collect a range of detailed data • Responsible for completing website audits in a timely manner with error free execution 20-30% - Project execution/Technical analysis • Complete assigned project tasks with flawless execution and minimal supervision • Daily maintenance and updates of data on project trackers • Provide thorough project recommendations, guidelines, and solutions based on research • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation with minimal supervision • Perform quantitative data analysis, trend analysis, and written data summaries using Google Suite/Microsoft applications with minimal guidance and supervision • Other duties as assigned 10-15% - Meetings/Training/Team Connectivity/Continuous Improvement • Attendance and participation in team meetings, project meetings, ad hoc meetings, training, and team building, as assigned • Communicate regularly with team for calibration and alignment • Manage emails in multiple accounts Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Availability to work remotely 25 hours per week / 5 hours per day during core hours 7am-6pm (M-F) at home residence • Availability to attend a 1 hour meeting every Wednesday at 12:30 P.M. EDT • 2-3 years minimum data collection and data review experience • Technically minded with Intermediate G Suite/Microsoft applications experience • High degree of expertise with Internet browsing, email, and common applications • Fluent in English and French with excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills • Strong time management, flexibility, adaptability, organization, attention to detail, and technically-minded • Home equipment needed: Printer, smartphone (iPhone or Android), high speed private internet connection.
