Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns Fulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded Manage customer portfolios, organizing workflows to meet customers' time frames and demands Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Navigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately, utilizing strong technical skills to streamline processes Research, analyze, review, and process legal documents, recommending process improvements where applicable Maintain and grow existing customer business by providing outstanding service and recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services Technical Skills, Experience, and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical skills, experience, and qualifications, including: Experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service quality Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and accuracy, with strong problem-solving skills and a ability to think critically Strong prioritization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Flexibility and agility, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel, with the ability to navigate multiple databases and systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers Essential Qualifications: In addition to the technical skills and experience outlined above, you'll need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative capacity.
