Order Management Specialist (Must Live In Colorado) at TEKsystems

*Job Title:* Order Management Specialist - Wholesale Division *Location:* Remote (Denver-based candidates only; hybrid model with monthly in-office training)*Employment Type:* Full-Time *Job Summary* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented *Order Management Specialist* to join our Wholesale team. This role will support large box store clients and ensure seamless order management through EDI systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience managing high-volume, high-value order books. *Key Responsibilities* * Collaborate with the wholesale team to support large retail and box store accounts.* Utilize *EDI software (SPS Commerce)* to ensure accurate and timely order processing, management, and shipment of products.* Manage an order book valued up to *$10 million annually*.* Handle incoming calls from clients (primarily procurement teams) and internal sales representatives.* Process orders, returns, modifications, credit memos, and debit memos for dealers and sales representatives.* Maintain and update order books in *Microsoft Excel*, ensuring accuracy and completeness.* Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly order status reports to the sales team.* Partner with *Customer Financial Services* to release orders for processing as needed.* Communicate with distribution centers to ensure timely and accurate shipping. *Qualifications* * *Bachelor's Degree preferred*; equivalent experience considered.* Minimum *2 years in a sales support or order management role*.* Proficiency in *Microsoft Excel* (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros required).* Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with high-value clients professionally. *Preferred Skills* * Experience with *EDI systems*, specifically SPS Commerce.* Familiarity with wholesale or retail operations.* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. *Employee Value Proposition (EVP)* * *Fully Remote* work environment (Denver-based candidates only).* Company-provided laptop and equipment.* Standard hours: *Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM*.* Collaborative team environment with *10-15 territory representatives*.* Hybrid model: *1 in-office day per month for training**Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
