Client Summarization: Bin & Buy is a discount store that opened its doors in 2020, right at the start of the pandemic. We believe that people should have the option to “Pay less than, but never feel less than”. Bid & Buy also has an online store and holds the occasional auction. Currently, we are looking for a Social Media manager who will represent our company by building a social media presence for our brands. As our Social Media Manager, we expect you to possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience, expertise in creating and sharing relevant technical documents, run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content, and oversee our customer service across all platforms. The Social Media Manager should be a talented individual who can handle and manage all of our social media accounts with little to no supervision. We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.Background Qualifications- Education and/or Experience:3 years or more of direct social media management experience working with multiple clients at a time in various industries3 years or more experience in content management2 years or more experience in social media marketingExperienced in creating reels and TikTok VideosExcellent copywriting skillsExperience in developing social media strategiesCan deliver creative content (text, image, and video)Knowledgeable in SEO, keyword research and Google AnalyticsCan develop the right voice for each social media platformExperienced in building social media communitiesKnowledge of online marketing channelsFamiliar with web design and can handle website updatesExperienced working with and developing marketing plansExperienced in measuring the success of campaignsSkills Needed:Has “tough skin”Critical ThinkerStrong communication skillsCan work independently with little to no supervisionProblem-solverAttention to detailAnalytical and multitasking skillsCreative and artisticOrganization skillsCan come in and execute quicklyEssential Responsibilities:Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goalsStay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applicationsRunning company social media advertising campaignsWill be the face of reels and TikTok videosPerform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferencesMonitor SEO and web traffic metricsGenerate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviewsOversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitionsBuilding a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presenceMonitoring the company's brand on social mediaFormulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaignCollaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistencyAdditional day-to-day tasks will be discussed during the interview process.Salary, Benefits, and Perks:Range- $18 to $30 per hour (based on experience)20 to 30 hours per weekFlexible work scheduleFully remote; no relocation necessary #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
