"Comcast is seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetApp Storage Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a NetApp Storage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our storage infrastructure to ensure seamless data management and storage for our company. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who is well-versed in NetApp storage systems and has a strong understanding of network and server environments. Manage and maintain the NetApp storage infrastructure for Comcast, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Monitor storage systems and proactively identify and resolve any issues or potential problems. Collaborate with network and server teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the storage infrastructure. Configure and optimize storage systems to meet the needs of the company's data storage and management requirements. Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans for the storage environment. Monitor storage capacity and plan for future storage needs. Stay informed about the latest NetApp storage technologies and make recommendations for improvement and optimization. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on storage performance and any potential issues. Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related incidents and outages in a timely manner. Document storage procedures and configurations for future reference. Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed. Train and mentor junior team members on NetApp storage systems and best practices. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies and regulations. Continuously evaluate and improve storage processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
