What We’re Looking For I’m looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist (Instagram + Facebook) to temporarily join me and support the optimisation of our current advertising efforts. The goal is to increase brand awareness, improve targeting and performance, and generate more qualified traffic and conversions. Responsibilities - Audit current Instagram + Facebook ads and identify opportunities for improvement - Optimise ad structure, targeting, audiences, and creative - Help refine messaging to align with brand ethos and attract our ideal audience - Set up A/B tests for creatives, copy, and audience segments - Suggest improvements for conversion tracking and funnel optimisation - Provide weekly updates on performance and next steps Requirements - Proven experience managing Meta Ads for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands - Strong understanding of audience targeting, data analysis, and funnel strategy - Ability to advise on creative best practices for conscious, minimalist brands - Familiarity with Squarespace and Shopify-style funnels is a plus - Someone proactive, collaborative, and aligned with conscious/slow fashion values Project Type Short-term contract with potential for ongoing work depending on performance and fit.
