Job Summary We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong focus on demand generation to own and execute marketing strategy, product positioning, and campaign execution. This role will be responsible for creating high-impact marketing programs that generate pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and strengthen Portside ’s brand in the aviation software space. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who can balance strategy and execution leading demand generation as the highest priority, while also contributing to product marketing and broader go-to-market initiatives. Travel is required up to 20% of the time for this role. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation: Build, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events, webinars, account-based marketing) to generate qualified pipeline. Develop lead nurturing programs and scoring models to move prospects through the funnel. Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and ROI. Product Marketing: Partner with product and sales teams to translate complex solutions into clear, differentiated value propositions. Develop messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and product launch strategies. Create compelling collateral (case studies, presentations, demo scripts, one-pagers) to support the sales process. Marketing Strategy & Enablement: Own the marketing plan in alignment with sales and revenue targets. Conduct market research and customer segmentation to refine targeting and campaign strategy. Manage and optimize the corporate website to drive conversion and improve user experience. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Previous experience in the aviation industry is a must. 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years in demand generation or growth marketing. Proven track record of developing successful campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. Strong understanding of the buyer’s journey, segmentation, and lead lifecycle management. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce). Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills. Familiarity with aviation, transportation, or enterprise SaaS industries strongly preferred.
